Role description
As ReGeneration 2030’s Communication Intern you will assist the Secretary-General in the daily work and update social media and the website, develop communication strategies, write press releases and much more. Moreover, you will help Communications Coordinator manage the Communications Working Group consisting of passionate and dedicated volunteers.
What are we looking for?
As a person, you are creative and have no problem taking on responsibility and working autonomously. This is important since the work will be done remotely and all supervision and internal communication will take place through digital tools. You have knowledge about different communications strategies and experience in working with audio-visual communication. Furthermore, you can easily communicate in English.
Justice and equality
We know that people from certain backgrounds are under-represented in the movement for sustainability and we’re committed to doing what we can to correct this. We are particularly keen to receive applications from migrants; Black, Asian, and minority ethnic people; people with disabilities; people who identify as being LGBTQIA; and people from a working-class background.
We as a movement stand for social sustainability and paid internships. Because of that, we can offer an internship only for Finnish residents or those who can receive a Finnish Tax Card (which requires you to be able to physically come to one of the local Finnish Tax Offices).
